Discount Tire

First let me share there is another Discount Tire down the street that I went to first but there was a 3 hour wait before they could even get to me so I declined. I search online for another location and find this one. I'm immediately greeted as I walk in by Aaron. I share I have a low tire that needs fixed and I need my tires / wheels balanced and rotated. They're extremely busy so when he tells me his goal is to get me out of there within an hour I'm thinking no way! Sure enough it happened. I was so impressed I brought my mother-in-law's vehicle in the next day and she has been a lifelong customer of one of the big box stores that starts with a "C". Same thing..... in and out within an hour. Very impressed by the teamwork at this location!

WYATT is the best part about coming here! Always confident that I will receive exceptional service and be in good hands. Could have sworn I left a review for him back in February so, apologies Wyatt on the delayed review. Back in February I punctured my tire with a piece of sharp ice. He got me right in and back on the road in no time. I feel he is genuinely enthusiastic about helping and caring for others and that is a rare find. When it comes to this type of service in the auto industry, you don’t take it for granted. Thanks to him, this store has earned my business going forward.

Wyatt and the team and discount tire rule. Their awesome warranty covered my tires, they coordinated with the tow truck and got the vehicle without me being there, and got the new tires done all within about an hour. Professional and just absolutely great all around. Can’t recommend them enough.

After many years of being loyal to Hibdon Tires I had a horrible experience where I was miss informed, tires damaged and the manager in Norman did not apologized, I was referred to Discount Tires by a coworker. From the moment I called to get information and make an appointment it was seamless and very informative. They understood what I was going through. Provided me with accurate information, greeted me at the door and got my tires and rims replaced. I would definitely recommend Discount Tires.

Very pleased. Replaced two tires and had the front end aligned. It was a good day. There weren't too many people in there, and it took less than an hour. It was very clear what they did, and they showed me exactly what was done and what needs to be done later on.
